ANNUAL INCREMENT

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage employee daily attendance, leave application and timely process of payroll, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB & etc.
Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions, employee recruitment, hiring and properly maintaining employee database.
Maintain and update employee personal record and confidential information in personal file and HR system.
Manage payroll administration on a timely basis and accuracy.
Manage administration work such as preparation of letter for confirmation, adjustment, promotion, termination and memorandum.
Handle foreign workers and hostel administration.
Any ad-hoc duties when assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/”O” Level, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, IFLEXI
Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
